Die-cut and (water jet) cutting

We can cut, die-cut and water jet cut all kinds of rubber, silicone and plastics including material with inserts or (double-sided) self-adhesive. We deliver single pieces and large numbers.

By using the latest computer-controlled equipment and machines, we can process both simple and complicated die-cut / punching pieces.

Die-cut (punching)

Gaskets, seals, rings, manhole-gaskets, flanges or other types of custom work? We can die-cut it for you. We have different die-cut knifes with standard sizes available. Also, based on your drawing, a custom knife can be specially made for you.

Water jet cutting

This cutting technique is very accurate, also on flexible materials. Because no heat is released during cutting, the material remains in optimal shape and does not cause discoloration or distortion. The computer-controlled machine ensures a constant high quality cut without shreds.
